The 2021 Ford Escape Returns to Miller Ford in Lumberton, NJ!

The Ford Escape has recently been entirely redesigned. As such, it’s about as close to modern perfection as you can get! Still, the 2021 model year will see the Escape add upgraded comfort and convenience features across multiple trims, while still bringing familiar efficiency and safety to the road once more.

Modern Updates to Comfort and Convenience

The 2021 Ford Escape is chock-full of the latest modern in-car technology. Features like adaptive cruise control and traffic sign recognition (available on the Ford Co-Pilot 360 Plus package) help to make all the difference for the new model year.

In addition, the Escape Technology package will now include a hands-free power liftgate and memory settings for the driver's seat and side mirrors. Also, the Escape Convenience Package will add a 10-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, keyless entry, and LED exterior lighting.

For a little extra flare, the 2021 Ford Escape will also be available with an all-new optional 19-inch wheel design.

Incredible Fuel Efficiency

When it comes to fuel efficiency, the 2021 Ford Escape makes the grade. For the coming model year, the Escape’s hybrid powertrain has been expanded to both the SE and the SEL trim. In addition, it is now standard on the Titanium trim. This setup is capable of 37 miles of electric range and has earned an EPA-estimated fuel efficiency rating of 44 miles per gallon in the city.

With the 2021 Ford Escape’s 1.5 three-cylinder front-wheel drive model, you can expect 27 miles per gallon in the city and 33 miles per gallon on the highway for a combined rating of 30 miles per gallon.

With even the most powerful 2021 Escape powertrain, the turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder with all-wheel drive, the EPA has still awarded an estimated fuel efficiency rating of 23 mpg in the city and 32 mpg on the highway for a combined 26 mpg.

These honors were surely awarded thanks to help from the 2021 Escape’s multitude of standard driver-assist features, including forward-collision warning with automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning with lane-keep assist, and blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert.
