In researching cars and dealerships this website sparked my interest. For New Jersey I was drawn to Miller Ford in Lumberton, NJ. This is about an hour from our house but I thought, as you probably would agree, that it would be worth the drive to use a dealership that was recommended.     I recently leased a 2012 Lincoln MKZ from your dealership. I am writing to thank your sales personnel, finance department and staff for making the leasing process an enjoyable experience.

    As you may know, I first contacted your dealership through Ryan Plotcher of the internet sales department. Mr. Plotcher promptly responded to my numerous inquiries and we were able to work out an acceptable leasing arrangement before I entered the dealership. Based on discussions with Mr. Plotcher, I decided to forego lease renewal incentives with a prior Lincoln Mercury dealership and travel nearly an hour and a half to your dealership to consummate a leasing arrangement.

    Upon arrival at your dealership, I was welcomed by Lee Goldinger and Mr. Plotcher. Both men welcomed me to your location and your staff immediately paid attention to finalizing the details of my leasing agreement. Mark, from the finance department was instrumental in this process. Mark did not play any "games" and he was straightforward when discussing pricing and lease terms with me. It was the first time that I dealt with a finance manager at any dealership that cut through the oversell and focused on making a realistic deal. Mark also helped SYNC the vehicle with my cell phone contact book which was much appreciated and unprecedented.

    Once all of the details of the leasing agreement were agreed upon, I met with Bob who helped to finalize paperwork. Bob explained each line item to me and accounted for every dollar involved in the deal. Bob was quick to answer all questions about the documents. I am sure that Bob's patience and knowledge are much appreciated by all customers.

    It was also a pleasure to meet with Melissa Miller. Ms. Miller is pleasant and welcoming, much like the rest of your staff. It was nice to meet a member of the family associated with your reputable business name.

    I want to thank you again for making my MKZ leasing experience enjoyable. I hope to see you again when my current lease expires and I will be sure to forward business to you when such opportunities arise.
